Doing it for free is nearly impossible. You could try to google it, but here are so many different numbers listed on the internet that it is very unlikely to get an exact match to the number you are looking for.
The best thing I could tell you to do is just question the person who they are and respond to them asking to leave you alone. If you feel they are harassing you, possibly try contacting the police (non-emergency line, of course) and possibly they will have more technology to be able to trace or find out who they are.
But first, just answer and question them to stop.
